Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing deliveries between vessels and vendors
- Provide timely updates to the respective stakeholders
- Close monitoring on docking schedule
- Issuance and Confirmation of NOR with various stakeholders
- Tracking on vessel downtime
- Coordinate meetings between various stakeholders
- Record keeping and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma qualification
- Ability to coordinate between different stakeholders and prioritize tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams.
