We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Corporate Secretary Intern to join our team at Diversified Solutions Private Limited. This is a remote position offering flexibility and an opportunity to gain valuable experience in corporate secretarial work.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and filing statutory documents.
- Maintain and update corporate records and registers.
- Support compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Prior knowledge or experience in corporate secretarial work is a plus, but not mandatory.
Job Details:
- Type: Internship (Remote)
