Job Description
- Providing administrative support;
- Filing of maintenance documents and updating of maintenance database;
- Manning the maintenance helpline and ensuring all issues and complaints are promptly attended and responded to;
- Planning of maintenance schedules for teams;
- Directing maintenance requests to maintenance IC and coordinating with clients and the maintenance team on servicing requests;
- Assist in the preparation of contracts and quotations for maintenance services and works to clients.
- Responsible for sending out survey forms and compiling results.
Requirements
- Minimum “O” Levels.
- Basic computer knowledge like word and excel.
- Possesses good customer relationship management skills, quick-thinking and responsible.
