Job Purpose

As a Customer Services Agent, you will provide a consistent high-quality service to customers at any designated area (check-in counters, boarding gates, transfer desk, special handling). You will operate within the agreed Standard Operating Procedures while maintaining a safe working environment and compliance with all safety and security standards.
As a Customer Services Agent, you will a brand ambassador and always display professional behaviour. You will work in shifts to accommodate round-the-clock flight arrivals and departures.
In this role, you will:
- Display excellent customer service skills, teamwork and understanding to achieve customer satisfaction,
- Ensure excellent discipline and grooming standards are always displayed while on duty,
- Verify information on travel documents, passports and/or visas,
- Ensure that the handling requirements of the various categories of passengers (e.g. unaccompanied minors, young passengers, elderly and passengers with special needs etc.) have been met and that special services and facilities are provided,
- Assist customers with issues regarding to automated check-in systems,
- Ensure effective communication with the passengers and the senior management and update if any flight or service delays are anticipated,
- Follow the safety and security standards in the workplace,
- Identify and report breaches of safety and security standards in the workplace.
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below criteria:
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Previous customer service experience preferred
