Our dynamic centers at Pasir Ris and KINEX Mall are looking for mature, passionate, and aspiring Preschool Language Teachers to join our committed, fun-loving teaching team.
Reporting to the Principal, this role focuses on teaching, program development, and parental engagement. The position involves internal and external client service, ensuring the highest quality of care and learning for children.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and implement programs in line with MindChamps’ policies, frameworks, and philosophy.
- Prepare children’s developmental portfolios and progress reports for each semester.
- Set up an engaging and stimulating learning environment that encourages self-directed learning.
- Manage classroom routines and ensure safety, hygiene, and care for all children.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children and parents.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High tolerance and patience for working with children
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
