Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead role
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and database design (relational and non-relational)
• Knowledge of data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Flink)
• Expertise in big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Hive)
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP & AWS) and their data services
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (preferably Power BI)
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on attention to detail
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Data Analytics, Google Professional Data Engineer, or equivalent are a plus

Key responsibilities

As a User Researcher, you will be at the forefront of understanding our users. You will conduct a wide range of research activities, from user interviews and usability testing to surveys and analytics. Your insights will directly influence the development of our digital health solutions. Responsibilities include:

• Proactively proposing and executing user research projects to uncover valuable insights into user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including data analysts to dig deep into patterns of user interaction.
• Synthesizing research findings into actionable recommendations for designers, product managers, engineers to ensure user-centricity throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Championing the voice of the user by presenting research findings to stakeholders and guiding the team to make informed user-centric decisions aligned with broader organizational goals.
• Measure and monitor the impact of research on product decisions and user experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a self-starter with a strong research background and a passion for healthcare. Ideally, you will have:

• 3+ years of experience in user research, preferably within a tech or healthcare environment.
• A proven track record in conducting user research in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

• Involved in the whole development life cycle
• Writing, executing, and maintaining test script for automation testing
• Running and analyzing automation test report
• Updating script through each release
• Setting up and maintenance of the testing environment, test data, and Jenkin configuration if required
• Maintaining and updating the framework when the library is upgraded
• Defining, maintaining the test automation framework, and ensuring that appropriate testing tools are selected and applied optimally

Requirements:

• At least 4 years experience in QA (Automation) & Mobile Testing
• Extensive automation testing with hands-on experience using Selenium, Appium
• Working knowledge of scripting languages such as Javascript, Java
• Experience with story management and testing tools (e.g. Jira, Testrail)
• Familiar with API Performance Testing tools (K6, Locus…) is a plus
• Familiar with at least one API/Unit testing framework
• Write and execute manual test cases and then automate them
• Working knowledge about Functional and Non-Functional testing
• Good logical and structural thinking

What we are looking for:

• Minimally 3 years of relevant information security work experience
• Relevant information security work experience
• Good knowledge of Cloud security (AWS) and Well-architected framework
• Good knowledge of information security concepts and technologies (risk assessment, legal and regulatory requirements, threats, vulnerabilities)
• Specialised skills in one or more of the following i.e. malware analysis, penetration testing (application, systems and network), ethical hacking and computer forensics, end point detection, Web Application Firewall (WAF), SIEM and Extended Detection & Response (XDR) will be preferred

Duties and responsibilities

• Oversee the entire accounting process, ensuring the timely compilation and submission of monthly financial and management reports to Management.
• Ensure annual statutory reporting complies to accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Preparation of monthly forecast and annual budget and ensure expenditures are spent within budget.
• Cash flow management.
• Payroll & CPF contribution processing.
• Business and financial process controls – review, recommend, establish alignment, and implement internal controls to ensure continuous improvement and relevance.
• To work with auditors on audit matters, and external tax advisors on tax compliance and planning matters.
• Tax compliance matters such as filing GST and Corporate Income Tax returns.
• Liaison with bankers, government agencies and business partners.
• Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
• Advise and assist colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.
• Upholding of corporate governance for Company and the Group
• Any other ad hoc assignment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Accountancy Degree or equivalent and/ or certified CPA with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
