Production improvement program. (Process/time/control/cost down)
Design Jig & Fixture to aid production integration/testing.
Hands-on assembly & testing on modules.
Assist in resolving technical issue and liaising with customer for closure.
Responsible for mechanical component selection, tolerance analysis, motion system design, component evaluation, overall system integration, and finally release to manufacturing and installation.
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical disciplines.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field.
Strong fundamentals in mechanical concept and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated individual who is action/results oriented, independent, flexible with a passion for developing technical excellence products.
Willings to get hands-on during development cycle.
Excellent communication skills, with cross-cultural awareness and understanding.
