We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Security Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property. You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a Safe and Secure Environment:
- Conducting regular security patrols and inspections of the hotel premises.
- Monitoring security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
- Responding promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
- Conducting fire safety drills and ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Investigating security breaches and conducting incident reports.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date security records.
- Guest Service:
- Providing assistance to guests with security-related concerns.
- Escorting guests to their rooms and assisting with luggage.
- Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Risk Management:
- Conducting security assessments and identifying potential risks.
- Implementing security measures to mitigate risks.
- Staying informed about current security threats and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- First Aid and CERT certification preferred.
- Valid security guard license
