Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team at DOSK Holdings. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in overseeing the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with Project Managers to manage schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate day-to-day activities for construction projects.
  Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
  Organize site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  
• Documentation and Compliance: Prepare, review, and manage project documentation, including work orders, site plans, and permits, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  Monitor adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Logistics and Resource Management: Assist in procuring materials, scheduling equipment, and coordinating with suppliers to avoid project delays.
  Track and report on inventory and resource usage to maintain efficiency and cost control.
  
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and improve project delivery.
  Recommend innovative solutions to address challenges in resource management, logistics, and scheduling.
  
• On-Site Coordination: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality execution.
  Act as a key point of contact for site supervisors, workers, and external stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• Education & Experience: Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  1-2 years of experience in project coordination within the construction industry is highly preferred.
  Fresh graduates with relevant internships or hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  Familiarity with construction safety guidelines and risk management procedures.
  
• Other Requirements:Possession of a valid Class 3 / 2B Driving License is an advantage.
  Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English.
  

We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Mechanic cum Storekeeper to manage our inventory and maintain our construction equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our construction tools and machinery, while also overseeing the organization and stocking of materials in the store.

Mechanical Maintenance:

- Perform regular maintenance and inspection of machinery and equipment such as excavators etc

- Performance regular maintenance, repairs and inspections for equipment such as generators, cable winch, concrete/road cutter, compactor etc

- Maintain service logs for all equipment and machinery

- Maintain accurate records and documents, such as records of repairs and parts used

Inventory Management:

- Oversee the receiving, storing and issuance of construction materials and equipment

- Keep accurate records of stock levels and ensure materials are available when needed.

- Conduct periodic stock checks and audits to ensure the accuracy of inventory data

Storekeeper responsibilities:

- Ensure all materials are labelled and stored in their designated places

- Maintain high standards of housekeeping at store areas.

- Implement efficient processes for material issuance to project teams.

- Liaise with project managers to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.

- Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and is in good working condition before being issued to teams.

- Adhere to workplace safety protocols while handling machinery and materials.

- Any ad hoc duties as required by the Company

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in both mechanical work and storekeeping in a construction or similar industry.

- Strong knowledge of construction machinery and tools.

- Ability to perform basic repairs on mechanical equipment.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualifications preferred.

- At least 1 years of experience in a similar role.

- Must have own transport

Job Scope:

1) Drive workers to site, pick up workers from site

2) Pick up materials from suppliers and deliver to site

3) You will be driving a 14foot lorry

4) Assist to carry out ad-hoc duties.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday

8am to 5pm

Requirements:

Must have Class 3 Driving licence

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination:

• Assist the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical engineering aspects of construction projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, electrical, and architectural engineers, to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Participate in the development and review of project plans, specifications, and schedules to align with mechanical engineering requirements.

2. Site Supervision and Quality Assurance:

• Supervise the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems on the construction site.
• Ensure that all mechanical works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, and to ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for the timely delivery and installation of mechanical equipment and materials.

3. Project Administration and Documentation:

• Assist the Project Manager in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
• Support in the preparation of mechanical engineering budgets, cost estimates, and resource allocation.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all mechanical engineering activities are maintained.

4. Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:

• Identify potential mechanical engineering issues and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
• Address and resolve site-related problems promptly to minimize project delays.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site personnel for any mechanical engineering challenges encountered.

5. Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure all mechanical engineering activities comply with relevant local regulations, standards, and environmental policies.
• Promote and enforce safety protocols and procedures among all site personnel and subcontractors.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to minimize hazards associated with mechanical works.

6. Stakeholder Communication:

• Assist the Project Manager in liaising with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on mechanical engineering matters.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on the status of mechanical works.
• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
