Reporting to Team Lead, the incumbent will assist in the smooth running of the Patient Services Office. He / She is responsible primarily to carry out patients’ admission, means testing, financial counselling, billing and submission of claims. He / She will provide administrative support to Inpatient as well as Home Care and Day Care services.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee and process patient referrals
· Manage patient admissions
· Support means testing and social support services
· Offer financial counselling to patients and their next of kin
· Coordinate discharge and billing procedures
· Submit claims for Medisave and Medishield
· Respond to inquiries regarding billing, deposits, and means testing
· Collaborate with auditors during means testing and financial counselling audits
· Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' level/Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in healthcare industry
- Mature, dynamic and self-motivated with the ability to work with little supervision
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
