The Regional Business Field Manager is responsible for
- Develop and implement a G2M-Strategy for the Business Field Manufacturing Industries on the sub-region or country level together with the sub-regions or countries following the global business field strategy.
- Drive business and competitive intelligence for the region within the global guidelines and process for business and competitive intelligence and derive competitive strategies on sub-region or country level for the assigned business field
- Ensure aligned and consolidated input for the global business field strategy and the deployment on a regional level.
- Actively support Sales & Marketing organizations within the region to drive regional Net Sales and Global Gross Profit (GGP) of the assigned business field.
- Regional marketing for the assigned business field and operational support of sales & marketing organizations on the sub-region or country level for all topics related to the assigned business field.
- Actively guide, coach, and mentor the sub-region or country sales & marketing organizations for the assigned business field.
- Actively participate in the development of sub-regional and country marketing plans and drive content development for the assigned business field and ensure its execution
