A candidate the has completed his/her academic degree that is registable with the Board of Architects Singapore.
The candidate will have opportunities to work on a range of projects from landed housing to small/mid-zise buildings such as residential/serviced apartments, industrial, institutional, and office buildings.
He/she is expected to be creative, be able to work independently and yet be a team player. Ownership of projects/roles is treasured in this office - one is expected to start and end the same project.
Being expected for design and later part in project adminstration. The candidate must be adequatedly equipped with software skillsets such as - Revit, Autocad, Sketchup, Twinmotion, & Photoshop. Ability to harness AI to complement one's work is a plus.
Site Construction attendence is a must for the prospective candidate to ensure the proper delivery of the project that this office undertakes.
While this office desire a candidnate with 3-5 years working expericence, Fresh candidate may apply and review accordingly.
