Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Capture high-quality images of products for marketing use, ensuring photos align with brand guidelines and aesthetic standards.
• Conduct preliminary market research focused on industry trends and consumer behaviors. Gather data that will inform design choices and marketing strategies.
• Regularly update and maintain the sample inventory at the local office. Ensure that the inventory is organized and accurately reflects available materials.
• Document, track, and organize sample products efficiently, facilitating easy access for stakeholders.
• Any other related adhoc tasks

• Provide artwork briefs from sales to the design team and follow up on artwork status.

• Review company given websites to source for prospective leads for the company

• Prepare paperwork, such as quotations, sales orders/purchase orders, and others.

• Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure project completion within schedule.

• Prepare sales proposals for management review with help from salesperson.

• Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks
