The Dutch Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (DutchCham) is looking for a Marketing Manager for three days a week. In this role you will manage DutchCham’s online platforms and communication tools and will drive online marketing campaigns.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and improve DutchCham’s online presence, strengthen engagement with our members and contribute to the growth of our community.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who has knowledge of online platforms (website, social media and newsletters) and who is tech savvy and has a feel for design. A strategic thinker but also has a knack for spotting opportunities and converting them into tangible results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Marketing, PR and Communications efforts.
- Safeguard our branding and visual identity.
- Manage content and design for website, social media, newsletter and events.
- Manage and optimize social media channels.
- Lead the customer journey and acquisition efforts of the team (online and offline).
- Track and monitor online performance of various platforms (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Provide insights/analytics with the goal of improving response/conversion rates.
- Manage the customer experience, digital and print materials and press for the DutchCham Winsemius Awards.
What we’re looking for
- Diploma/Bachelor degree in Communications / Marketing / Media or related field.
- Positive, energetic and a resourceful team player.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of business dynamics and commercial focus.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience with social media and newsletter tools.
- Proficiency of Adobe.
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent writing skills (English).
- Proficiency in video editing is a plus.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and/or customer relationship management (CRM) will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Dutch language is an advantage.
