Key Responsibilities
- Market Company's Product to Architects, C&S , Consultants and Builder
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics like ROI and customer engagement.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales targets.
- Maintain consistency in branding across all marketing channels and materials.
- Build relationships with media outlets and negotiate contracts with external vendors as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the construction or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), CRM software, and social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s construction industry trends is a plus.
