Job Responsibilities:

• Provide supervisory role involving helping to oversee junior staff performance and to provide guidance and support for their development needs.
• Execute the annual budget and projection.
• Providing strategic support through financial analysis, projection, budgeting and reporting.
• Analyse variances between actual and projected financial performance.
• Support long-term financial planning and strategic initiatives.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant data and provide insights on potential plans.
• Involve in the financial assessment of strategic projects as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant business or finance disciplines
• At least 3 to 5 years of Strategic Finance and/or FP&A working experience. Healthcare experience would be an advantage.
• Be attentive to detail, maintain standards and actively check for data accuracy before conveying final work product.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel (advanced), VBA Macros, PowerPoint and Word, as well as data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Salary: Basic $2,100 - $2,600 + OT pay + VB

Time: Monday - Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm), alternate Saturdays (8.30am to 12.30pm)

Responsibilities:

• Represent the Company in a professional manner, maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude at all times.
• Identify and respond to customers’ needs by providing accurate information and advice.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders like customers, contactors, workshop & etc.
• Prepare quotation and raise Work Orders accordingly.
• Raise job orders to workshops & contractors.
• Liaise with controllers & contractors on service/repair quality and price of work.
• Follow up with workshop & contractors on the service / repair of the vehicles and feedback to customers.
• Update the service/repair schedule and vehicle collection with customers.
• Perform basic investigation into customers’ complaints and rectify the problems by coming up with recommendation within guidelines.
• Escalate more pressing issues to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Min O Level.
• Able to work under pressure, multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Meticulous and has a good work ethic.
• At least 1 year relevant customer service / administrative / support function experience.
• MS Office Skills.
• Familiar with CRM system advantageous.
• Attentive, adaptable and responsible with good communication skills.
