Responsibilities:

• Document patient physiotherapy records accurately.
• Conduct clinical assessments, analyze, and diagnose patients' need for physiotherapy intervention.
• Utilize evidence-based practice to plan, implement, evaluate, and advance patient care.
• Communicate and make recommendations across relevant staff disciplines to optimize patient care.
• Supervise Therapist Assistants in the workgroup
• Assist with induction of new physiotherapists deployed to the workgroup
• Demonstrate proficiency in physiotherapy service modalities.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Physical Therapy / Physiotherapy Therapy recognised by AHPC
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrate strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and effective decision-making in patient care.
• Candidates with leadership experience may be considered for senior roles.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
