• Fri: 7.00 am to 3.30 pm

Scope of Works:

• General Admin Works such as printing, photocopying, checking , filling, and issuing of items in school, etc.
• Attend to all general queries, e.g. telephone and walk-in queries
• Data entry
• Assisting in events e.g. logistics matters
• Perform any other administrative duties assigned

Contract:

• 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 (12 Months)

Scope of Works:

1. Cleaning the rooms at Zhulin block where General Office is located.
2. Logistics support for school programmes and events, e.g. prepare the refreshment set-up, table arrangement, prepare goodie bags, etc.
3. Preferably has past working experience with reporting hours at 7.00am or earlier.
4. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Administration Manager.

• Mon to Fri: 6.30 am to 3.30 pm
• Service no trequired on Sat, Sun and PH's

Scope of Works:

1. Cleaning of rooms at School’s compound at a block to be assigned by Operations Manager.

2. Early morning duties that include the following:

• Disarm the School’s security alarm system.
• Open school gates and all classrooms’ doors before students report to school.

3. Cleaning duties to support School’s general cleanliness, including:

• Cleaning of rooms as assigned by Operations Manager.
• Clearing the waste bins and disposal of rubbish from the assigned rooms.

4. Logistics support for school programmes and events (e.g. assist security guard to maintain traffic control during big events, arrange tables for school examinations, etc).

5. Has past working experience with reporting hours at 6.30am or earlier.

6. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Operations Manager.
