We are currently seeking an energetic, passionate Senior Educational Psychologist to join our dynamics team and help us to redefine the future of healthcare.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administered psycho-educational standardised assessments for a range of presenting issues, including diagnostic assessments, school placement, examination accommodations and school admissions.
- Analyse results of psychological assessments and provide recommendations based on child’s individual needs.
- Write detailed psychological assessment reports and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide individual or group psychological intervention/therapy for children and families coping with emotional, behavioural and social difficulties.
- Provide complete documentation and records of assessments and treatments according to company policies.

Requirements:
- Master's or PhD in Educational Psychology from an accredited university.
- Experienced in administering diagnostic assessments specializing in IQ testing, Academic evaluations, Autism and ADHD assessments and learning disorders.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pediatrics preferred.
- Registered psychologist with a recognized professional body or the Singapore Psychological Society.
- Experience in providing psychological interventions for emotional, social, and behavioral issues.
- Strong knowledge and skills in case formulation and evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds.
- Able to work independently.
- Approachable and empathetic attitude towards children and their families.
