- Following up payments as needed and ensuring timely payment of debts
- Liaise with lawyer to follow up on legal action and vehicle re-possessors to collect back the vehicles
- Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of clients
- Responding to relevant client enquiries and resolving the outstanding balance
- Any ad-hoc duties as required
