Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers to prepare and offer service contracts
- To prepare repair quotations for customer confirmation
- To create work orders for controllers to arrange jobs
- Provide excellent service and support to customers including after-sales matters
- Any ad-hoc duties as required
