Job description

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales and Project Management teams

• Collaborating closely with Design and Production departments on site installations and logistics.

• Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and clients

• Proposing marketing proposals and ensure smooth execution

• Manage contracts and, when necessary, attend site meetings with clients and consultants, conduct site surveys/measurements, and liaise with regulatory authorities and/or clients on installation, defect rectifications, and maintenance issues.

• Assist with handling and following up on sales inquiries, tenders, and quotations, coordinating with in-house designers on client product design requests, and managing indoor sales inquiries.

• Support the creation of marketing materials, tender documentation, and sales presentation/proposal collateral.

• Generate sales reports based on each project

• Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering calls, along with other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree of related field

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Communication Skills, Having good negotiation skills

• Able to speak in front of large group

• Goal-driven individual

• Capable to work under pressure

• Knowledge in Beauty & Fashion industry is a major plus point (such as cosmetic brands etc)

• Prepare artwork effectively to communicate with creative and production team
