Job Overview:
As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and leading a team of staff to meet the restaurant’s high expectations. You will work closely with management to maintain high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations , ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Assist in the development and implementation of restaurant policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Help with scheduling.
• Support management in achieving financial goals, such as sales targets and cost control.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, dining culture, and hospitality standards.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team effectively and motivate staff to perform at their best.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
