Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the residents and enhance overall service experience of residents
• Proactively engage with the residents & advisors to address their unmet needs and (dis)satisfaction level
• Attend to feedback, complaints and services requested by the residents and follow up with contractors / internal technical team to resolve the issues that were raised
• Conduct callback with the resident to ensure issues are well-resolved before closing the case
• Assist in crisis management and visit affected residents and provide updates accordingly
• Solve, propose and make decisions at operation level
• Enhance overall service experience
• Manage and monitor arrears cases
• Conduct home visits to remind residents for arrears payment and identify financial hardship cases
• Any adhoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Candidate should preferably hold a Diploma in Hospitality Management Course
• Those without relevant diploma qualification but with relevant work experience will be considered too
• Possesses a strong customer-oriented mindset
• Possesses strong communication skills with ability to effectively engage with residents
• Ability to identify issues, think critically, and offer solutions quickly and efficiently
• Ability to work well with others, share information, and contribute to a positive work environment

Job Scope:

• Oversee the project team in the execution of cyclical, upgrading, and improvement projects
• Carry out periodic site inspections
• Supervise and monitor Contractors & Consultants, including external project management consultants engaged by the Town Council
• Update key stakeholders on project progress regularly
• Other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Has relevant tertiary or professional qualifications or Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying / Building Management & Maintenance / Construction Management / Structural & Civil Engineering
• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience in handling building/ maintenance related projects from inception to completion
• Have a good understanding of WSHA

Job Function:

• Responsible for assisting administrative matters with compliance tracking
• Ensure proper documentation, maintain, and update filing system regularly in a detailed and organised manner
• Assist with planning, implementation of strategies, proposals, work flow enhancement for continuous service quality improvement
• Collaborate with various stakeholders (eg. Managers, divisional coordinators, term contractors) regarding contractual documentation and information collation
• Assist with basic IT support or analytical functions
• Covering for counter duties

Requirements:

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records
• Able to work independently with little supervision and strong attention to detail & numbers
• Proficient in the use of computer and software applications (eg. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
• Has an inclination towards planning, analysis and improving operations
• Ability to use discretion and keep sensitive financial related information confidential
• Ability to multi task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to exercise initiative and liase with external parties regarding documentation
• Team player
• Good command of verbal and written communication skills

Qualification:

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in any field
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in administrative or relevant field
