Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with all HODs to proactively plan, execute and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual organizational recruitment demands with a view to meeting manpower needs.
- Responsible to independently source, evaluate and experiment various recruitment methods to attract, engage and hire potential candidates via various social media platforms, networking events, offline recruitment, infrastructure advertisements, collaterals etc. In ensuring a greater and consistent success rate of hiring talent, you are expected to proactively build and maintain good relationships with various agencies.
- On an active and ongoing basis, manage and administer all existing social media platforms for recruitment publicity and campaign. You are expected to proactively assess and propose posting adverts for current and potential vacancies with a view to achieve successful talent hiring to meet organizational expansion.
- Mutually and collaboratively build and maintain strong relationships with all business partners in the area of recruitment to ensure the most qualified talents join the company. Concurrently, a continuous effort to explore and collaborate with new recruitment partners is essential to ensure a healthy pipeline of talent is available to the company at all times.
- On a daily basis, pre-screen and process incoming CVs from various hiring pipelines including corporate recruitment email, job portals, and internal referrals and shortlist potential applicant for interview.
- Responsible for all candidate screening, perform interview assessments/tests and scheduling shortlisted applicants for interview.
- Regularly conduct virtual or in-person interviews.
- Update and report of interview outcomes for hiring decisions of all suitable candidates whilst posting interview records via Recruitment System.
- Collaborating with the HR team and Leaders to support various ongoing staff engagement programs through effective communication and staff activity/events campaign.
- Maintain close and frequent contacts with past job applicants and ex-staff to ensure future collaboration opportunities remain possible.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior/HOD.
Job Requirements:
- The candidate must possess at least a Diploma in HRM / HRD / Business Administration.
- A minimum of 2 years working experience.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communicational skills and the ability to communicate with employees at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently in a multi-tasking and fast paced environment. A strong work ethics and capacity to deliver results within tight deadlines and in a fast paced work environment is essential.
