Job Description
*Processing Sales Orders, Invoicing, Preparing sales-related documentation, providing administrative support to the sales team
*Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and requests, promptly addressing concerns, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure and enhance client satisfaction.
*Collobrate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products, addressing and resolving any operational issues efficiently.
Job Requirement
*Diploma with minimum 2 years relevant working experience
