• Familiar with all the documents submission to relevant government authorities
• Laise with consultants and/ or sub-contractors engaged on the project
• Attend regular meeetings with client/ owner/ contractors/ sub-contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule
• Identify and comply with all applicaable statuary/ regulatory requirements related to project
• Communication to external parties including client, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, etc on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight
• Plan the work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines
• Monitor and manage day-to-day operations of projects, including developing and coodinating activities with other sub-contractors
• Able to read shopdrawings

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) recognised by PE Board or equivalent
• At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Safety Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the safety team & subcontractors in the implementation of Company's system on site
• Update project team on the latest MOM Safety news
• Conduct safety inspection; Assess Risk Assessment, incident / accident investigation· Conduct safety training, tool box meeting to all workers at site· Assist with safety program implementation at workplace
• Liaise closely with site operations staff and Project Manager on all safety and health issue Any other duties assigned by the Project / Site Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant Safety Coordination Work experience in construction industry
• Candidate must possess relevant certificates (E.g:WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B/WSH Coordinator, safety coordinator refresher course cert)
• Additional certificates related to safety are preferable such as Lifting Supervisor Safety Course, WAH Supervisor Course, Occupational First Aid Course etc
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and at the same time be a team player

Working area near Tai Seng MRT station

Responsibilies:

- Familiar with documents submission to relevant government authorities

- Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off

- Prepare Variation Orders, monthly Progress Claims, final claims

- Attend site meeting

- Prepare Tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/ or client

- Perform risk, value management and cost control

- Prepare and analyze costings for tender

- Allocate work to subcontractors

- Provide advice on contractual claims

- Understand the implications of health and safety regulations

- Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks

- Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work

Qualifications:

- Diploma/ Degree in Constructions Building or its equivalent

- Ability in contract negotiation, contract administration and variations orders

- Able to work independently, analytical with excellent problem solving skills, proactive.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word
