Job Description:
· Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
· To work on architectural and interior design proposals and presentations
· Prepare tender and construction documentation
· Involve in site measurement, layout plan & selection of material used
· Prepare design concept sketches, space planning, design development, elevation and detail drawings
· Responsible for the production of interior design drawing as well as 3D drawings
· Ability to meet deadline of multiple projects
· Project management
· Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
· Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
· Progressive reporting to director on clients’ issues
Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
Requirements:
· min 3 years of experience
· Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
· Able to work independently & hardworking
· Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
· Proficient in 3D Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop and other design-related software
· Able to produce a good hand sketch is an advantage
