Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and drive business growth
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
• Manage and lead a team of professionals 
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders 
• Create and manage budgets, forecasts and financial reports 
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 3 to 5-year experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferably in the financial services industry)
• Proven experience as a Country Manager or a similar role in a financial services company 
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Ability to work independently and drive results
