Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete records
- Preparing invoices, and other documents
- Working with bookkeeping software, online spreadsheets, and databases
- Processing transactions, issuing payments, and updating ledgers
- Data entry
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Nitec and/or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Training provided for those without/lesser experience
