Job Responsibilities:

• To perform overhaul repair duties
• To perform all troubleshooting and diagnostics with appropriate recommendations
• To check and provide correct recommended Parts details in the Work Order as and when required
• To carry out Service Maintenance on the trucks
• To perform all repairs (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic etc)
• To record repair time and detail of repair in the Work Order
• To keep Team Leader updated on the repair details and repair requirements
• Adhere to Warranty Process and Procedures (Warranty tagging of parts, return and storage of warranty parts etc)
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum NITEC in Automotive Technology or former NTC 3/2 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or NTC 3/2 Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics or Diploma in Automotive Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in servicing and repairing heavy trucks
• Possess knowledge in vehicle electrical circuit diagram, deep engine, transmission and brake system is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance, repair and overhaul work on heavy vehicles
• Complete work order for each vehicle and unit serviced
• Conduct service maintenance on trucks, including:
• Power steering diagnostics and repair
• Engine overhaul
• ESCOT control housing, gearbox, and rear axle overhauls
• Advanced multimeter measurements and wiring repairs
• Emission-related system repairs
• Electrical fault tracing, repair, and calibration using Tech Tool
• Carry out mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs
• Record repair details and time in the Work Order
• Follow warranty processes and procedures, including proper handling of parts
• Manage tools and equipment responsibly
• Respond to breakdowns as needed
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Certificate and/or NTC 3/2 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or NTC 3/2 Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics or related field with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Possess Class 3 driving license would be an added advantage
