- Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and manage a team of technical professionals (project and system engineers) to provide Project Management, System commissioning, technical support, and Pre-sales to satisfy customer’s requirement and achieve company’s objective
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members based on their skills and expertise
- Establish clear communication channels within the team. Ensure that team members are kept informed about project updates, organization changes, and any other relevant information
- Conduct performance evaluations, set goals and provide feedback to team member to enhance their performance and career development
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Operations, Service, IT, Finance & Admin to ensure alignment and coordination of technical activities with overall business objectives
- To evaluate new products/system to assess its suitability to be included in the new product and service packages for promotion to customers
- To assist Sales Dept in the Pre-sales and tender bidding to secure new jobs
- To manage purchasing of equipment and company’s equipment and inventory
- Preparation of project budgets and proposals for capital expenditure and investments in equipment, systems, or other assets and resources
- To monitor performance of Sub-contractors to meet customers’ expectations with enforcement of Sub-contractor Control Procedure stipulated in ISO9002 procedure
- Ensure systems and processes comply with workplace safety and health regulatory requirements
- Ensure that customer quality specifications are constantly met
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent qualifications
- Possess at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Security Industry
