Job Title: Preschool Sports Coach with Minor Role in Chinese Assistance for Afterschool Care (Full-Time)

We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as a Preschool Sports Coach with a minor role in assisting primary school students with Chinese in our after-school care program. This role combines physical education for young children and occasional Chinese language support.

Key Responsibilities

Sports Coaching & Curriculum Development

• Plan and conduct fun, engaging activities focused on motor skills, sports, games, and music for children aged 18 months and above.
• Create a positive, safe, and enjoyable environment to encourage active participation.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the motor skills curriculum, including content creation and videos.
• Support preschool teachers and assist with children's care when not conducting sports sessions.

Chinese Assistance (Twice afternoons/week)

• Guide and supervise primary school students in completing their Chinese homework and workbook exercises.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of children during all activities.
• Assist with daily preschool operations and other tasks assigned by the school principal.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Sports, Early Childhood Education, or related fields.
• Experience: Background in children’s fitness programs, such as gymnastics, team sports, or motor skills training.
• Skills:Physically fit and energetic.
  Strong communication skills, including effective interaction with parents.
  Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
