Job Responsibilities:

• Lead,coach and manage a team of delivery personnel, ensuring compliance with company rules and regulations.
• Ensure smooth daily operation and timely delivery of goods.
• Plan, organize and coordinate staff deployment and delivery activities across the group of companies.
• Conduct thorough analyses of logistics activities to optimize cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Maintain metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance logistics systems and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries to customers.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the delivery team, providing effective leadership and guidance.
• Maintain and update route plans and provide monthly reporting of fleet management.
• Conduct daily or weekly safety toolbox meetings to ensure the team follow SOP and adherence to safety standards and regulations.
• Evaluate performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor compliance with quality control and assurance standards for all areas of fleet management.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vehicle leasing companies and third-party service providers for long term business partnerships.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics management or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong expertise in fleet management and operations.
• Demonstrable leadership and staff management abilities.
• Proficiency in standard logistics software.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese to facilitate effective communication across all levels of staff.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Experience in handling the food products industry is a plus.

Working Hours:

• 7am to 4.30pm (Monday to Friday)
• 7am to 12noon (Alternate Saturday)
