Job Description:
- Oversee all warehouse activities, including the receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement appropriate strategies to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Trains and supervises warehouse employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy.
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (MILLION) and other technology tools to track and monitor inventory levels, orders, and shipments.
- Work with other departments, such as Sales and Customer Service, to resolve any issues related to order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare reports and provide data to management regarding warehouse activities and performance.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or related field preferred.
- Extensive experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar position with at least 1 year of Warehouse Operations experience.
- Excellent leadership and people skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong oral communication skills, preferably able to speak Chinese
- Know health and safety regulations and are committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
- Physical strength and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methods is a plus.
