We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing & Social Media Intern to join our team. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand visibility by creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and assisting in various marketing initiatives. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and make a meaningful impact in a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Design and produce compelling social media content, including graphics, videos, and captions, to promote our services and brand.
• Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and post content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and XiaoHongShu. Engage with followers and respond to inquiries.
• Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to attract new clients and increase brand awareness.
• Market Research: Research industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
• Industry Research: Get familiar with the Industry and the do's and don't's
• Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of social media and marketing campaigns. Provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the team to brainstorm ideas and align content with the company’s goals.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark, Capcut, premierpro).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be comfortable appearing in front of camera
• Must be bilingual in English and one other language that is Bahasa Indonesian, Chinese or Burmese. This is because of the demographics that we are dealing with.
• Professional working proficient in both English and Mandarin and/ or Bahasa Indonesian
• Must be empathetic as we are dealing with people.
• Organized, detail-oriented and responsible with strong time management skills.
