1. plan, assign and review the work of a large staff of cooks and food service personnel.

2· coordinate the work activities of cooks and food service personnel in a large institutional kitchen.

5· engage in inventory of food items and prepare estimate of quantities of food items to be prepared.

Requirements:

-At least 2 years in f&b industry before

Responsibilities

• Manage and keep up smooth restaurant operations
• Supervise both kitchen staff and waitstaff, providing necessary feedback
• Write daily budget reports on both revenue and costs
• Communicate with diners and mitigate potential conflicts
• Organize and take stock of restaurant supplies

Skills and qualifications

• Proven work experience in a restaurant setting
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Understanding of financial management
• Strong knowledge of restaurant management software
• Ability to memorize and explain the restaurant’s menu
