Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in Marketing preferably in Retail, F&B and/or Advertising Industry
• Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Proficient in MS Office and Marketing Tools (e.g. CRM)
• Proficient in Photoshop/Illustrator or Canva is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Able to work individually as well as in a team environment
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Able to work on alternate half day Saturday

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of monthly payroll processing and administration
• Support the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements and arranging interviews
• Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files
• Perform general HR administrative functions, such as processing work passes and preparing appointment/confirmation letters
• Manage all insurance matters (e.g., vehicle claims, hospital and work injury compensation)
• Manage company vehicle matters (e.g., road tax, insurance policies, etc.)
• Monitor office supply inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels
• Prepare and submit monthly reports, government survey returns, etc.
• Perform full spectrum of office administrative duties, including receptionist duties and mail/courier handling
• Assist in organizing office events
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC or 3 years of relevant experience in HR/administration
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, and ERP software
• Good communication, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities
• Ability and willingness to work with all levels of the organization as a team
• Able to speak Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking only staff during meetings

• Responsible for Operational Leadership of Catering & Restaurant
• Responsible for the delivery of the overall operational Metrics & Sales Targets
• Responsible for Daily Front-of-the House (Deliveries/Restaurant) and Back-of-the-House Restaurant (Kitchen Operations)
• Set and Review Quality Performance Standards of Services and Products. Regularly review product quality
• Constant pursuit to Deliver Service Excellence to Maximize Customer Satisfaction.
• Execute and Manage Crisis Management plan effectively when the situation arises.
• Manage and Execute Human Resource (HR) management of FOH & BOH.
• Manage supply chain resources and ensure accurate inventory.
• Manage restaurant’s brand image and marketing activities. Promote the brand in the local community through multiple channels e.g., word-of-mouth, restaurant events, social media campaigns, advertising and co-branding. Recommend ways to reach a broader audience.
