Machine Operation:
- Operate and maintain woodworking machinery (e.g., saws, drills, sanders, routers, planers, etc.)
- Set up and calibrate machines based on production requirements and design specifications
- Monitor machine operation to ensure high-quality, consistent output
Carpentry Production:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to produce precise wood products
- Measure and cut wood pieces to specified sizes and shapes
- Assemble wooden components into finished products using appropriate tools, fasteners, and adhesives
Quality Control:
- Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards
Material Handling:
- Ensure that raw materials are readily available for production and efficiently used to minimize waste
- Organize and maintain materials for future production need
Maintenance and Safety:
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of woodworking tools and machinery to ensure they remain in optimal working condition
- Report machine malfunctions or required repairs to supervisors or maintenance teams
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, design teams, and quality control to ensure product specifications and requirements are met
- Follow instructions and feedback from supervisors regarding any adjustments to work processes or materials
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Chinese and English. (The machine and system are in Chinese, require to coordinate with China)
- Can read 2D, 3D drawing
- 5 days Work Week
