Job Summary:We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination with a strong focus on AutoCAD and production scheduling. This role involves managing timelines, coordinating production schedules, and facilitating smooth communication across teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers, production teams, and designers to coordinate project details, deadlines, and resources.
• Utilize AutoCAD to assist in creating, reviewing, and modifying design documentation and project layouts.
• Develop and maintain accurate production schedules to ensure efficient project progress and on-time delivery.
• Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and production milestones, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, production reviews, site visits, and other project-related events as necessary.
• Support budgeting, resource allocation, and quality assurance processes to keep projects aligned with goals.
• Identify potential project and production challenges, and proactively address them to maintain workflow and project momentum.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience in creating and reviewing design documentation.
• Proven experience in project coordination, with a focus on production scheduling, preferably within [specific industry, if applicable].
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and production schedules simultaneously.

Education and Experience:

• Diploma in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
