We are looking for a operations coodinator to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Handle phone calls and emails
- Schedule and coordinate with Customers and Technicians for service appointments and follow ups
- Handle customer complaints timely and follow up with department in charge to provide appropriate solutions and/or alternatives. Follow up to ensure closure
- Communicate effectively, maintain and establish close rapport with customers
- Creating contracts and service documents
- Check and compile service reports before sending to customers
- Prepare invoices accurately prior to send out to customers
- Perform all other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office
- Problem-solving with critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to be flexible, multitask and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven nature with strong attention to detail
- Professional customer service skills
- Basic Salary $2,500 -$3,000
