Job Responsibilities:
- Achieving of sales strategies and targets through developing key clients (interior designers and direct owners)
- Identifying key decision-makers and create opportunities to promote product and services
- Maintaining good rapport with existing clients through sales visit
- Strategize to gain an in-depth understanding of client needs so as to drive revenue generation and deliver remarkable value to clients
- Build strong customer relationship with existing clients and expand new client base
- Ensure smooth and completion of projects within cost and time with the highest quality standards
- Taking off quantities from construction drawings for tender bids and project management.
- Preparation and submission of monthly progress claims including variations order for ongoing projects.
- Negotiate and manage materials to ensure smooth delivery of projects and within project budget.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Preferably with 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Fresh graduate in Quantity Surveying / QS are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage
- Required Skill(s): Great interpersonal and communication skills, Well groomed, Passionate in furniture/interior design, Willing to travel overseas if required’
