We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant e to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for primarily handling a variety of A/R related tasks including getting updates from due and overdue accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting

• Manage accounts receivable documentation
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
• Update A/R tracking sheets
• Update SAP
• Reconciling cash sales and receipts
• Calling and chasing overdue accounts

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or related field is preferred
• At least 3-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a construction company.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good at English (speaking and writing). Chinese is a plus
• Punctual and reliable

Looking for organized in-charge for a warehouse in Tampines

Must be able to

• fairly assign work,
• participate in picking/packing/checking
• plan route and transport,
• general warehouse and vehicle maintenance
• possess Class 3 preferably Class 4 to step in as reserve driver if needed
• forklift skills
• assemble sample boards
• team of 7-8

Monday to Friday 9 to 6 pm (1 Saturday duty per month)

Suitable for fit older Singaporean with a clear vision of how to manage and be a team player

Location: Tampines

Seeking Class 4 driver for warehouse

Ability to carry loads up to 50kg is needed

14ft lorry with tailgate

5 day work week with 1 Saturday duty a month

Location is T5 @Tampines

SME seeking key accounts person to take charge and modernize this function.

Applicants should be knowledgeable, honest with themselves, able to keep to schedules, willing to update their knowledge and work sincerely with management and colleagues on top of the usual responsibilities.

Experience in/with a construction/engineering company and project claims process is a strong advantage.

• Monthly closing
• Full set of accounting – updating and maintenance of general ledger
• Transactional entry of accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) in the accounting software
• Preparation of consolidated P&L and balance sheet schedules
• Reconciling inter-company balances and transactions
• Preparation of the statutory financials and associated audit
• To ensure all accounts and XBRL are submitted to ACRA in prescribed timeline
• Liaise with internal and external service providers (auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary etc.)
• HR – monthly payroll, IR8A annual submission, government subsidiary claim i.e. childcare leave, paternity etc.
• Treasury – management of cash flow and review payment prepared by account assistant.
• Support in ad hoc assignment as and when required

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA/CPA qualified or equivalent with at least 3-5 years post qualification working experience including preparation of full set of financial and management reports
• You will lead a team of 2
• SAP B1 experience please
