We are seeking a proactive problem-solver with strong administrative, organizational, and HR skills who excels in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Google Suite and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Manage the employee HR process, including onboarding, offboarding, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Handle staff appraisals, performance reviews, and salary reviews.
- Maintain accurate records of employee leave, attendance, and payroll matters with the use of our HR software.
- Prepare and submit IR8A forms and ensure compliance with relevant HR policies.
Administration:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth coordination among departments.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies.
Financial Management:
- Work closely with the accounting partner to prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements and GST submissions.
- Conduct bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and manage daily accounting entries.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and manage cashflow.
Accounts Management:
- Process invoices, payment approvals, and collections.
- Communicate with customers regarding payment matters and resolve issues promptly.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Support internal teams by providing financial analysis and insights for decision-making.
- Work with other departments to resolve discrepancies and support organizational goals.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on HR and financial regulations and industry trends.
- Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the company’s success.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in the Advertising/Events industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Xero Accounting Software and Just Login is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work from the office.
