As the digital practice lead, you’ll play a critical role in building and growing our digital solutions competence, competitiveness, and market reputation. The role mandates you to be an innovative business thinker and a subject matter expert driven by an entrepreneurial approach to driving business operations and partnering with senior clients to solve business challenges. The role reports to the APAC Vice Chair for Digital and Solutions.
Aside from driving the PNL for the digital practice in our top APAC clients, you’ll be expected to collaborate with other digital and practice leads in organically growing our share of business with conventional clients for digital, social, content, or data solutions. The candidate will also support the APAC Vice Chair with digital operations and knowledge management for our regional digital teams.
Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
- 8-10 years of deep digital, social media, and content experience. Marketing and advertising background is a plus.
- Account Planning experience and the latest and most innovative methods for obtaining customer insights and creating relevant, inspiring brands.
- A demonstrated track record of developing and executing digital transformation, social media, and paid performance.
- Expertise and knowledge of APAC digital ecosystem and audience behaviours.
- A forward-thinking in the digital space who knows how to demonstrate the value of digital to our clients as well as internal stakeholders.
- Experience analysing brand equity in the context of trends and consumer motivations to define the most compelling opportunities for brands.
- Track record of developing and executing profitable campaigns that meet client objectives.
- Strong leadership qualities, including superb people management skills.
- Ability to attract, motivate, empower, coach, and retain staff.
- Demonstrated staff management experience with strong leadership skills reflecting the ability to hire, motivate, develop, and lead.
- A strong track record in business development and a tireless desire to win.
- An understanding of the creative process and experience with creative concepts.
