Requirements

• Postgraduate Degree (Masters or PhD/Doctorate) in Clinical/Educational Psychology
• At least seven years of relevant work experience in the mental health field; clinical experience with either children and/or adults and families
• A registered psychologist of the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS)
• A SRP approved supervisor will be beneficial
• Experience in serving both the local and expatriate populations; proficiency in cross-cultural setting; having two languages proficiency will be beneficial
• Ability to work closely with a trans-disciplinary and multi-cultural team of specialists and clinicians within the Redwood Psychology team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify psychological, emotional, or behavioural issues across the lifespan
• Develop and implement treatment plans and therapeutic processes
• Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations and complete psychometric reports
• [For Educational Psychologist] Conduct psychological assessment who may present with Learning difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) etc. and provide psychological intervention
• Maintain proper case records and progress records
• Ensure services are planned and conducted within the guidelines of professional standards and ethics
• Flexibility of positions; full-time, part-time, or as locum are available
