Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Media Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualization and designing engaging visuals across multiple platforms, including digital media, video and print. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure all designs align with the brand identity and communication goals.

Key responsibilities

1. Visual design and Brand identity:

• Execute content creation for video and photography
• Conceptualization and designing of creative content for both digital and print collaterals such as graphic content for our website, social media and other digital platforms
• Design and executing marketing campaign collateral artworks, ensuring they are consistent with brand guidelines
• Oversee the creative execution of multi-platform campaigns, ensuring timely delivery.
• Assisting to manage the creative department’s budget, including sourcing materials and collaborating with
  third-party vendors.

2. Campaign Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with the design and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

3. Photography

• Manage photography for social media content
• Plan and execute photoshoots for products and events
• Coordinate or assist in photoshoots, including editing and retouching images.

4. Video content

• Produce and edit videos, animations, and motion graphics for marketing campaigns and product showcases.
• Script, shoot, and edit videos for promotional campaigns and corporate events.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and video effects to enhance content.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom), CapCut
• Knowledge of photography and videography equipment and techniques.
• Familiarity with video production workflows and editing software.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and storytelling ability.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

You will be part of energetic group of Key Account Executives, managing accounts with our discerning design partners.

The Key Account Executive should be a motivated individual, is great at communication and engagement - and is able to manage client relationships as well as drive demand.

Your day-to-day would be something like this

The Key Account Executive would enjoy a robust role where more than 50% of working hours are spent out of office and building relationships with clients.

• Make appointments and arrange sales visits
• Drive business relationships with customers
• Support new product launches
• Support strategic rolls outs by being the link between the company and customers
• Plan promotions customised to your individual accounts
• After sales service
• Manage account payables

Who we’re looking for

· Class 3 or Class 3A license with own vehicle

· A bubbly and motivated individual

· Experienced in engaging customers and managing relationships

· Experience in related industry is a bonus

Working Hours

- Mondays to Fridays 830AM - 530PM

- Alternate Saturdays 830AM - 1PM

We are looking for a Design Manager to spearhead our Graphic Design team and bring bold, innovative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with senior management to define the creative direction and align it with business goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the design team’s productivity and creativity.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines, company objectives, and marketing goals.

2. Internal collaboration:

• Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to understand project goals and creative requirements.
• Act as the key point of contact for internal design needs, managing expectations and delivering high-quality results.

3. Concept Development & Execution:

• Drive brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas that meet internal objectives.
• Oversee the design process from concept to final delivery

4. Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the graphic design team
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members to elevate the quality of deliverables and foster professional growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and other design tools.
• Experience in Print, Motion Graphics, and Digital Design (websites, social media, animations, videos).
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects, including print, motion, and digital designs
• Strong communication skills
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• A proactive mindset, passion for design, and eagerness to learn new skills.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in typography, 3D design, or advanced motion graphics.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles for digital projects.
