Responsible for the overall coordination of sales activities within the company, to grow sales revenue in the regional markets to meet company objectives.

Have ≥ 2 years relevant Sales experience in:

Sales to Industrial customer and/ or

IT Channel Partner Distribution and/ or

Regional Channel Partner Networks

Requirement:

Min. Diploma in Electrical/Electronics

Prepared to travel, if required

Class 3 driving licence (preferred)

Good communication skills

• Assist sales team to conduct site survey
• Carry out installation and commissioning of products (both hardware & software) sold by Company
• Carry out preventive maintenance and on-site repair services
• Carry out pre-delivery inspection and testing
• Carry out in-house repair
• Carry out site and factory acceptance test
• Provide 7x24 standby for corrective maintenance and technical support.
• Liaise with contractor/consultant/end-user to ensure that the project/installation is carried out on-time and within budget.
• Assist in wiring/ cabling and system integration work
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Assist and support sales staff to ensure customer satisfaction/smooth operation of the department.
• Answer phone enquiries and attend to walk in customers. Quote, where necessary, and pass enquiries to respective sales personnel.
• Assist in issuing necessary documents to process customers’ order.
• Compile catalogues, specifications, necessary documents for Sales Staff.
• Prepare and process all necessary documents for the smooth running off the operation.
• Prepare purchase orders for the products.
• Answer telephone calls.
• Expected to foster good and harmonious working relationship with all colleagues regardless of which team within the organisation they belong to.
• Courteous at all time with both internal and external customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
