We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the director in managing daily operations and driving strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and scheduling.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director
Project Coordination:
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and monitoring key projects.
- Research and compile information for presentations and reports.
- Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between director and teams across the organization.
Office Management and Administrative:
- Assist in ad-hoc arranging and transfer payment to company suppliers and personnel.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data security.
- Assist with ad-hoc office-related administrative tasks to support Director when needed.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Good interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
