Eduquest International Institute is a Registered Training Provider accredited by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) to offer high-quality, industry-relevant skills-based training programmes leading to the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ).
We design and deliver quality training to support corporate clients and discerning individuals seeking skills and competencies required for the jobs today and tomorrow. We offer training programmes accredited by the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) and specially curated diploma programmes which provide upgrading opportunities for individuals and enhance productivity levels for organizations.
We are looking for passionate candidates in selling / upselling skills development courses. If you have the required qualifications and experience as stated below, you are welcome to apply:
Main Objectives of the Role:
Coordinate with the planning division to structure course planners in line with demand sensing and target for different programmes.
- Class confirmation (at least 3 to 5 days before the course date) with minimal (less than 10%) class cancellations.
- Coordination with team leads for the required specific activities to boost course registration in-flow.
- Identifying and building relationships with prospective customers
- Collaborate with Team Lead to achieve team targets for all programmes
- Achieve set enrolment targets under assigned programme groups
- Achieve excellent customer satisfaction
- Other Business Development, Sales and Admin. related tasks
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service at all times to make trainees/visitors feel welcome
- Scheduled Telephone Operator Duty - responding to call inquiries
- Provides accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries for related Programmes offered by Eduquest
- Ensure course registration is done promptly while ensuring the accuracy of the attendees’ details by filling up the complete registration fields and collecting outstanding course fees before the course commences.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team in implementing sales and marketing initiatives to promote courses offered at Eduquest, including outreach efforts to all existing as well as potential new customers by relationship building through various outreach efforts such as Cold calling, EDMs, Mailers, Flyer Distribution, Course Previews, Roadshows and etc.
- Look out for new customers to fill up the classes scheduled for these courses, thereby increasing the class fill-up rate and avoiding the cancellation of classes.
Requirements
- The educational level of at least Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in any field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular MS Word and MS Excel, will be essential.
- Minimum two years (s) of working experience in the related field, preferably Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Good team player and able to interact well with others
- Sales-driven, Good with numbers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Skill in prioritizing and Excellent time management
- Attention to detail
- Willing to work on alternate Saturdays (5 day work week)
